My savage is really #@$$ing fast due to how I've
tuned it, but I could easily get it to produce
much,much more power if I wanted to. Porting the
head, cams, and raising the compression, advancing
the timing, lightening the flywheel not to mention
stroking it, or bigger piston. But I'm plenty
happy with my bike just the way it is. Trust me
if someone really wanted to, he could get at least
60 horsepower out of the Savage. But why? It's
a country roads putter.
